FORMAT

  • there is always some element of experiential work and dialogue in the training

  • video and power point are often used, but not necessary

TIME

  • most training is at least an hour and a half, but can range from an hour to multiple day long (for example domestic violence training is often 15 hours long in order to meet California prelicensure requirements)

  • 3-6 hour long training sessions are good for organizations or schools looking to develop or refine skills

SIZE
